Cardio

Aspire Cycling-This low impact, high intensity class will get your heart pumping! Experience a workout that will strengthen both your lower half and your heart. Beginner through advanced level.

Cardio Fusion-Fun cardio fusion of different dance styles to raise your heart rate while having fun. Beginner through advanced level.

Zumba-The Zumba program fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: we want you to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked!

Combination

Cycling Intervals-You will combine stationary biking and strength training in this low impact workout. It will improve your muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness. Beginnier through Intermediate levels.

Step Intervals-A little bit of step and a little bit of strength is combined in this 1 1/4 hour long class. This class hits will improve both your cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength. Beginner to Intermediate level.

Back To Basics- Non-choreographed interval class intended for anyone new to fitness. We will alternate from simple strength exercise to simple cardio designed to hit every muscle group. Beginner level class.


Strength Training

Body Flex-With the use of barbells, this is not your average strength training class. This workout focuses on muscle strength, endurance and flexibility. This is a beginner to advanced level of fitness.

Body Sculpting-This workout is a great weight training workout with no fancy choreography. Tone, strengthen, and lengthen even the most stubborn areas using dumbbells and resistance bands. This is a beginner to advanced level of fitness

Specialty

Pilates (beginner)-This is an excellent stability, strength, and flexibility class in which you define your core yielding a stronger back and abdomen.

Pilates (intermediate)-A class designed for those who have be doing the "Pilates" class for some time. This is a prepaid class in which you must purchase 8 weeks segments.
